Klopt! studio project – raising awareness of overfishing

A short film to raise awareness of overfishing. Moving through the 3 stages of the fishing industry we reach a dark climax, drawing parallels between games and high technology factory fishing.


This teaser forms part of a package of media from animated film to social media and graphical digital signatures.


The aim is to use the animation as a 'hook' (sorry...) leading onto a campaign that virtually re-populates the seas. Via a Facebook app, friends of Fish 'n' Ships will be able to create a simple fish or select from the fish of the day, created by designers and celebrities. Their digital fish will be added to others in an effort to raise awareness through digitally and virtually repopulating the seas.
