The Surgery Design comissioned us to create a series of striking animations for a multi platform media campaign on behalf of Barnett Waddingham.
Project scope – all animation and directed voice over.
Project length – 7 weeks across 2 animations.
Barnett Waddingham are an award winning and leading company within the pension industry, they wanted a departure from the normal talking head video. Working with the Surgery we looked at their offering and focussed on the big question, every company needs to address auto enrollment (AE), it can’t be avoided.
We developed a short teaser animation highlighting the key benefits of their product, developing the elephant in the room into a character that was ever present. The three colour palette was worked into the elephant and the struggling business manager followed the style, expanding on the clear crisp, contemporary design.
Following the teaser the viewers could to learn more by watching the second video which explained the product and issues in more depth. We left the elephant behind in the main video and developed the hero character into just that, a hero who abseils into the scene to save the day.
Flipping handy! The Surgery also created this nitfy little handout, nice to play with and a great way to get the information across in a fun way.
